Compressor Automation Systems

Our company has a lot of experience in the modernization of compressor facilities of varying complexity with electric and turbine drive. Our employees include professionals whose experience includes supervisory rolls in the automation departments of the well-known Russian compressor plants, such as the Nevksy Factory and PenzCompressorMash. In compressor automation we work with such companies as KazanCompressorMash, NII Turbokompressor, PenzCompressorMash.

For the modernization of existing compressor applications we offer the following scope of work:

• inspection of the existing compressor facility;
• preparation of the Technical Assignment for modernization of the control system, including the field instrumentation;
• full scope of engineering;
• compressor control system assembly;
• delivery equipment to site;
• supervision during control system erection;
• control system commissioning and start-up;
• surge tests for centrifugal compressors.

We are prepared to perform start-up and commissioning of your compressor control system supplied as a part of an OEM or APC project.
