Personal data processing agreement

The site www.en.indautomation.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Site) seeks to ensure the safety of using the Site by all available means. By this Agreement, the Site informs the Site Users about what information about the User may be available to the Site, as well as how the information received by the Site is used.

By joining this Agreement and leaving his data on the Site, by filling in the fields of the online application (registration), the user:

• confirms that all the data specified by him belong to him personally;
• confirms and acknowledges that he has carefully and fully read this Agreement and the conditions for the processing of his personal data indicated by him in the fields of the online application (registration), the text of the agreement and the conditions for processing personal data are clear to him;
• gives consent to the processing of the personal data provided as part of the information by the Site in order to conclude this Agreement between it and the Site, as well as its subsequent execution;
• agrees with the terms of personal data processing without reservations and restrictions.

The user gives his consent to the processing of his personal data, namely the performance of actions provided for in clause 3 of part 1 of article 3 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On personal data", and confirms that by giving such consent, he acts freely, by his own will and in his own interest.

The User's consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed and conscientious.

The present consent of the User is recognized as executed in a simple written form, for the processing of the following personal data:

• surname, name, patronymic;
• the year of birth;
• place of stay (city, region);
• phone numbers;
• e-mail addresses (E-mail).

The user grants the Site the right to carry out the following actions (operations) with personal data:

• collection and accumulation;
• storage within the reporting retention periods established by regulatory documents, but not less than three years from the date of termination of the use of services by the User;
• clarification (update, change);
• using;
• destruction;
• depersonalization;
• transfer at the request of the court, including to third parties, in compliance with measures to ensure the protection of personal data from unauthorized access.

The Site does not collect information aimed at identifying (determining) specific individuals — Site Users.

At the same time, in the course of the functioning of the Site, as well as as a result of the actions taken by the Users to use the Site, the Site becomes available certain information about the Users, the list and purposes of use of which are given below.

The Site provides Users with the opportunity to subscribe to the Site's newsletter. The User can interrupt the mailing at any time by using the appropriate link contained in all letters sent to the User by subscription.

The site automatically saves information sent by the user's browser when he visits the site. This information includes the page request, IP address, browser type and language, and the date and time the page was called. The information is used solely to analyze and maintain the high-quality technical work of the Site and is automatically deleted after 30 days.

When the User visits the Site, the Site sends one or more cookies to the user's computer or other device.

Cookies are small text files that are usually stored on the User's computer until the end of the session, i.e. before the end of work in the browser, but in some cases outside of it. Cookies are used:

• to simplify the use of the Site by the User;
• for analysis for advertising purposes. The Site uses third-party services to track traffic statistics, obtain information about conversions from advertising campaigns, and others.

With the help of these services and tools, the Site does not collect data about specific Users, but uses only general statistical data on the traffic and effectiveness of the Site and on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

Below is a list of additional third-party services that are used on the Site, as well as links to the privacy policies of these services.

Google Analytics is a free web analytics service from Google that lets site owners know how users interact with their pages. The collection of information in it is conducted anonymously.

Google Analytics uses its own cookies to track Visitor activity on the site. They allow you to find out if the User has visited the web resource before, from where he went to the pages on the Site and how much time he spent there.

The site uses the Google Analytics remarketing feature.

Remarketing in Google Analytics allows you to return users who have previously visited your site using ads that are specifically designed for them on other sites.

We use a third-party cookie from DoubleClick for remarketing. It enables remarketing on the Display Network in products such as AdWords.

The user can disable the use of cookies by Google by visiting the page for disabling cookies.

To change and disable the use of Google Analytics, the User can also use:

• Google's advertising preferences manager;
• Google Analytics blocker.

Other tools for tracking statistics of attendance and integration into social networks that are used or may be used on the Site:

• Yandex services;
• +1 button;
• social plugin Facebook;
• social plugin VKontakte;
• Twitter widget.

You can block all the above tools, including Google tools, by installing a plug-in (extension) for the Ghostery browser.

The agreement is valid indefinitely from the moment the data is provided and can be revoked by you by submitting an application to the Site Administration indicating the data specified in Article 14 of the Law "On Personal Data".

Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data can be carried out by sending a corresponding order by the User in a simple written form to the email address (E-mail) mail@indautomation.ru.

In case of additional questions, the User has the opportunity to contact the Site Administration with an appropriate request by e-mail: mail@indautomation.ru.

The site has the right to make changes to this Agreement. When making changes in the current edition, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.

The law of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Agreement and the relationship between the User and the Site arising in connection with the application of the Agreement.
